By using this Site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or are accessing the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products or Site for any unlawful purpose, and not to misuse the Site in any way that could damage it or impair access for others.

3. Products

We do our best to display our covers, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Our covers are designed for indoor use — in garages, carports and storage — to protect against dust, scratches and knocks, and are not intended for outdoor protection against rain or prolonged sun.

Sizing is based on your vehicle's year, make and model. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering and we'll match your size. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices, promotions and bundle offers at any time without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, but in the rare event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price, even after the order is confirmed. If we cancel such an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order — it does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information.

6. Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Shipping timeframes, our 30-day return policy, and our 3-year warranty are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers (including bundle deals) are subject to their own terms, may be limited to one use per customer, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. They cannot be applied retroactively to past orders or combined with other offers unless stated.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including our name, logo, text, images, videos and product photography — is owned by The Copertino or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those rights.
